Wonderfull Easter Party

There is one Easter party that my preschooler attended that I really enjoyed and I think all the preschoolers enjoyed as well. When we got there, each preschooler was given a colored bracelet. Not one kid had the same color as another.
For instance my daughter got a purple bracelet and no one else had a purple bracelet on except her. The homeowners had a large backyard and they had hidden toys and candy in plastic Easter eggs all over the backyard.
Some were very easy to spot and some were hidden. But nothing was hidden so hard that a preschooler couldn't find the egg. As soon as all the invited preschoolers had arrived, the Easter egg hunt could begin. Here is the fun part.
The preschooler was only allowed to pick the eggs that matched his or her bracelet, so for my daughter she could only pick the purple eggs that she found. If she found an orange egg or a yellow egg, she just kept going.
I thought that this was very smart since the homeowners had made sure that there were the same number of colored eggs per child. Each child was very happy at the end of the Easter egg hunt since all kids had the same amount of candy and toys combined.
The kids then came in from outside and there where real hard boiled eggs where they got to choose one and they played the regular game of cracking each others eggs to see whose egg was the last to crack. Then the preschoolers and their moms sat down and had a great breakfast of hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, breads, orange juice.
