This gives us an opportunity to teach them what we think is important, with assured satisfaction of seeing them getting interested and more involved.

Singing the all time favourite preschool ABC song does not seem like you are trying to teach your kid, but it is more of a fun thing you are doing with your child, while they are picking up learning letters at the same time.

When I and Adi, my 3 year old are counting cars on our journey back home from work everyday, it is not learning numbers time for Adi, but more of a fun activity we share.

Children remember any activity easily if there is excitement and laughter in it.

Have these two ingredients in any kids educational games or activities you decide to play with your preschooler and that will make learning fun and easy to remember for your child.

As long as you explain what you are doing and what is expected from your child, it will keep them interested and eager

What time is a good time ?

Fit these kids educational games in any slot of your day, weather outside while you are shopping groceries or busy in the kitchen, involve your preschooler in the activity you are doing and watch them as they unknowing learn from you.

Can you wash 5 tomatoes for me please?

This simple request can achieve at least these two things -

• Get them used to counting

The counting just begins here.If its their numbers you are working one, just put such counting games in practice,and you will watch that your little one will start counting almost any thing they lay their hands on.
• Gets them all excited about being of some help to Mummy.
