Playing Restaurant WIth My Preschooler

My 3 year old loves to play restaurant. We set up a table, get her dressed up, make menus and then I make "special" food. For example, spreading cheese on a cracker and sprinkling some parsley on it to make it "fancy". Of course we use her plastic tea set and have water for tea.

We make sure to say please and thank you and be ultra polite, using all our manners. Its a great activity while her little brother naps and helps her feel like she gets special attention while having her alone time with Mommy.
