My Daughters Tinkerbell Party
by Victoria
(Somerville, Texas)
For my daughters 2nd birthday party we decorated the back yard with Tinkerbell.
Tinkerbell Party Ideas
The first kiddie pool was labeled with a sign on a stake that said, "Mermaids Lagoon". The pool was double sided with a rainbow arch in the middle. All of the kids just loved it.
The next pool was a kiddie elephant pool that sprayed water. We labeled the stake, "Pirates Cove".
ext we filled a small round kiddie pool with blue sand, hidden treasures and several small kids digging tools. It's sign said, "Treasure Island".
Our daughters large swingset with wooden fort was labeled "Peter's Hideout" and a table on the back patio said, "Welcome to Neverland". Silver stars were hung from each tree and a Tinkerbell Pinata hung in an open area.
Each station was decorated in neon green, purple, bright pink and yellow colors.
To keep our game simple enough for two year olds and the older children, we made a race from one station to the other. Whomever brought me the most gold or silver coins from each age group first, won the race and got simple prizes like pirates eye patches and swords. Of course each kid got to keep his "Pirate Booty" and took home a large goodie bag filled with M&M's, Gummy Bears, Pens, Crayons and a Coloring Book.
Tinkerbell Party Food
We kept the food simple and just served Gold Fish, Tink Links (Hot Dogs cut into fours), Fairy Punch (Rasberry Lemonade) and a Tinkerbell Cake made from cupcakes.
All of the children had a blast and couldn't wait to do it again at the next party!
