• Musical Cushions

You Need - Cushions and Music

This variation of Musical Chairs is just right as a childrens games to play for preschoolers party.Use some Cushions instead of chairs.

Lay the cushions at a small distance, one for each child for the first round. Play music. Ask children to march around the cushions, they have to sit quickly on the nearest available Cushion when the Music stops.

Whoever does not get to sit, is out of that game. Remove one cushion every time after the music begins and continue the game with the remaining children, always with one cushion short than the number of kids. Continue the game till there is one winner.

• Pin the Tail on Donkey

You Need - Picture of Donkey, Paper tails and stickers.

Some childrens party games are always a hit with kids, this is one of them.Use this game for absolutely any kind of themed birthday party - kids always enjoy playing this one.

The traditional Pin the Donkey involves - drawing a big picture of the donkey without a tail, and make tails from construction or plain newspaper. Stick a sticker to one end of the tail.Hang the donkey picture on the wall. Each kid then has a go at trying to stick the tail to the donkey, blindfolded.

Let each child have a round shaped balloon. Decide the start and finish line for the game. Let each kid pat and try to keep his balloon in air and reach the finish line all along not letting the balloon land on the ground.

• Balloon Pop up

You Need - Balloons and small prizes

Place small prizes inside balloons, blow these balloons up and hang them around the room, and let each child choose one and let them pop theirs.

You can also hang a big balloon in the centre of the room with chocolates in it and pop this one yourself and let the kids have fun trying to pick up the chocolates.

• Hop the balloon

You Need - Balloons

This game is amongst one of all time fun party games for kids to play.

Write some fun activities on slips of paper.

Simple activities like

• Sing a Poem
• Jump like a frog
• Make different animal noises

Place these slips inside balloons and inflate the balloons. Let the kids sit on these balloons and hop around the party area, trying to pop the balloon.

As soon as some child pops his or her balloon, halt the other kids and let the child with popped balloon perform the activity written on the slip inside his balloon.
