Fun Activity for Halloween Party

My 5 year old son went to a great Halloween party last year. My son went as a bull-fighter. His aunt had gone to Spain earlier in the year went to a bull-fight, so that was how we got the idea.
The hostess had a big orange pumpkin shaped cut-out taped to the wall the then one kid had a big black triangle for one of the eyes, another had the other eye, another had the nose, another the mouth and the 5th child was given the stem.
Then like pin the tail on the donkey they were blindfolded and went to work on creating a jack-o-lantern. They had lots of laughs. The kids loved seeing how funny the jack-o-lantern would turn out each time.
They also did bobbing for apples, but she had the apples floating in a really shallow pan, so that the kids wouldn’t have to put their heads under the water. Lots of the kids didn’t want to eat their apples, so she had a caramel apple making station.
She wrote their names on a Popsicle stick, put it into the apple, then put the caramel on for the kids and then they got to sprinkle all sorts of yummy’s onto the sticky caramel: crushed Oreo Cookies, M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, Sprinkles, etc… She also made homemade piñatas out of paper mache.
One of the piñatas was a ghost and the other was a pumpkin. They had lots of different activity stations for the kids to do and for each activity they participated in they got a little token, then at the end of the night they turned their tokens in and they got that many swings at the piñata.
