firefighter birthday boy

The last birthday party my child went to was a 3 year old boy’s birthday party.

The party was a firefighter themed one. The kids got to wear little paper hats that looked like firefighter helmets. The birthday boy got to wear a plastic firefighter helmet. There were balloons adorning the tabletops tied to little fire hydrine figures. The balloons were red, white, and yellow.

It was a pool party so the majority of the activity for the kids was being in the water with mommy and their little friends. Of course everyone came prepared to swim. They did get to break a piñata filled with lots of candies. They always love that. They each got a goody bag right before the piñata so that they could stuff their candies in there. The goody bags themselves were already filled with a few toys and lots and lots of candy.

The cake was very nice and delicious. It had a big fire hydrine on it and at the bottom read Happy Birthday. Then the kids enjoyed cheering on the birthday boy while he opened all his gifts. Then it was off to the pool for a while longer and that was that.
