If you are looking for some real race track feel for the Party then go for it.

Lets begin with a Race track. You can get black plastic rolls, roll them out, and have some road markings on it by using white or yellow construction paper.

Use a white bed sheet and make a hospitality tent to serve the food and drinks in your Disney cars birthday party decorations.

Have a registration desk to check the entry passes to the grand race, where kids can handover their invites and get a car sticker.

Disney Cars Birthday Games

  • Have a Car Race
  • This one requires some work from you, but I can assure you, it will be well worth the effort, after all the fun the kids will have at your little ones Disney cars birthday party.

You Need: Cardboard Boxes as many as the number of children attending, String Stickers, Paint , Paper plates.

Cars party cannot be complete without a race. Little kids will love this one.

  • Cut out the bottom of the box
  • Cut three folded sides of the upper side of the box(leave only one folded upper side to the box)
  • Make the upper folded part of the box look like a windscreen
  • Punch 2 holes each on the upper folded side and the opposite side of the folded part of the box
  • Pass a string through holes such that the kids can hang the cars from their shoulders
  • Spray the boxes with some bright colors
  • Stick some stickers to give the look and feel of a racing car
  • Stick some black sprayed paper plates wheels to the sides of the car

Let the kids have a race in the garden with their Vrooming Cars.

Make all the kids a winner and let them all have their medals made out of the gold coin chocolate....Prepare these medal by sticking a colourful ribbon to the gold coin chocolates and let all the winners eat there medals.

  • Have a Go at the Traffic Lights Game-
  • Traffic lights is just the game for Disney cars birthday party and now that you already have some cars around, kids will enjoy driving their cars, the cars movie style.

You need : Red, Orange and Green colour cardboard cut in a round shape and Music.

Result : Lots of Vrooming and Fun

This is such a Fun game, young drivers can't have enough of it when they start driving around the room.

Take 3 white cardboard circles and colour them Red, Orange and Green or use construction paper instead and stick it on the cardboard(you can use cardboard from old appliance box cut in a round shape)

Stick a Ruler behind each card. Play some music in the background and ask the kids to do some "driving"in the room.

They can pretend to be driving Cars, Trucks, Jeeps, Vans...whichever vehicle they would like to drive.

After every few minutes, hold up one coloured cardboard and give instructions to kids to follow -

  • "Red Light - Stop"
  • "Orange Light - Slow Down, everyone slow down"
  • "Green Light - Go Go Go"

If its Red card, the kids have to stand completely still, if its the Orange Card they have to slow down and if its Green they can keep driving around the room.

To end the game, you can ask the kids to "Park" their Vehicles.

You will have to Shout these Instructions if you want the kids to follow you in all the noise and fun they are having driving around.

  • Pin the Cars on Race track Or Stickers on McQueen
  • Get a Lightning McQueen poster or simply blow up and print out a picture of lightning McQueen from the internet on a A2 sheet or you can buy a poster of McQueen and play this game for your kids Disney cars birthday party theme. Let the childrens then take turns, blindfolded, on pinning the stickers on McQueen. Use any colourful stickers, and kids are bound to love it.

Another version of playing this game would be taking a print out of race track and kids can try sticking cars stickers on the track, blindfolded.

Younger preschooler will enjoy the simplicity of this game.

  • Toss the balls through the Tyre
  • This game can be so well suited for the Disney cars birthday party.Use a swimming ring, wrap toilet roll over it. Spray the tissue with black color and hang it. Let the kids have a go at tossing the balls through this tyre.

  • Guess the Cars in the Jar
  • This is a good quite game that can be played after the birthday cake excitement. You would need to do some preparations for this game before the Disney cars birthday party.

Prepare glass jars with few small toy cars in them. Good idea would be to stick to numbers less than 10 for this age group. Let the children sit in a circle and let each child take turn at guessing the cars in the jar.

Have 2-3 jars with different types of vehicles in it. Let each child have a car from the jar at the end of the game.
