Cute Princess Party

by Charlotte
(New Jersey)

I hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday party at a tea lounge/candy store. They had dress up for the kids, crafts games and music. We played "Hot Potato", we had a parade and did the "Freeze Dance". The birtday girl got a special hat to wear (and keep) and they supplied pizza and special princess cupcakes. All the crafts, placemats, paper crowns, etc was included in the goody bags. The place was small but perfect for the 5 little guests we had. They also have other themes, like pirate, or Pokemon etc. The organizers were super helpful and it gave me time to take lots of pictures and enjoy the party without having to be the "hostess".

My daughters favorite parts were the crafts and the "Freeze Dance". For the goody bags we had "Go Fish", we put a sheet up and the kids had to fish for their goody bags. First we would put silly things like a sock or a carrot on the hook, and then the "real" fish (goody bag) would bite! The kids loved it!

For the present opening the birthday girl sat on a throne and when it was time to go home all the kids got to pick out one piece of candy from the store. The party was a big success!
