Best X'Mas Games

One of the best party activities for pre-schoolers that I have witnessed is a cookie decorating station. The kids loved to choose a cookie to frost and then decorate with a variety of sprinkles and candy decorations.
The kids loved being able to choose from red, green, white, and yellow frosting to decorate their sugar cookies. It worked best to cover the table and floor with disposable table clothes for easy and quick cleanup.
Another activity that was done was making candy cane reindeer using pipe cleaners and candy canes. This did involve an adult attaching the nose, but the kids had no trouble making the cool antlers out of brown pipecleaners.
We also wrote letters to Santa. Using a variety of cardstock, kids were able to write a letter or draw a letter to send to Santa Claus. After they were done, the letters were collected to be sent on to the big elf himself. Kids loved drawing pictures of the things that they were asking Santa for that year.
Another fun game to play is duck duck goose with a Christmas twist. Instead of sayng duck, duck, duck, and good, players say reindeer, reindeer, Rudolph. When Rudolph is called that person jumps up and chases the it person around the circ
